Sanding, filling, priming and paint are all done in-studio, so no two pieces come off the plate looking quite the same.

Every piece is padded and boxed by hand before it ships — blades get wrapped along the length with extra padding at the tip and hilt, helmets are packed so nothing touches the box walls, and everything goes out marked fragile.
Every piece is made to order, not pulled from stock, so turnaround depends on the piece and our current queue. We'll give you a real ETA over WhatsApp once you reach out.
You review your order and send it to us on WhatsApp, then we send you a secure payment link (via Tap's goCollect) — cards, wallets, and other local methods accepted.
Yes — first-time customers get our standard Sword Wall Mount (a 60 SAR piece) free with any sword purchase. Just mention it when you order on WhatsApp; we add it to the box at no charge, one per customer.
We print with whichever of the two we have in stock at the time — both give great detail and hold up well, so there's no upcharge either way and nothing to choose at checkout.
The Spider-Man, Deadpool and Dr. Doom helmets are wearable — we confirm your head sizing over WhatsApp before anything goes into the print queue. The Iron Man mask is display-only and isn't sized for wear.
We don't accept general returns since every piece is made to order. You'll get a full refund if your piece arrives broken or without the paint finish you ordered, and a discount if it breaks completely within 1 week of delivery.
Yes — we only quote custom prints from a viable .3mf file, not .stl, since it carries your full build plate and print settings so we can check it's actually printable first. Full file rules are in the Commissions section below.

We only quote custom prints from a viable .3mf file — it's the one format that carries your full build plate, supports and print settings in one package, so we can check it's actually printable before we ever touch the queue.
