PLA is our standard material — great detail, lighter weight. PETG is a +40 SAR upgrade and holds up better to impact and heat, worth it for anything going to see real wear, like a con floor all day.
The Spider-Man, Deadpool and Dr. Doom helmets are wearable — we confirm your head sizing over WhatsApp before anything goes into the print queue. The Iron Man mask is display-only and isn't sized for wear.
We don't accept general returns since every piece is made to order. You'll get a full refund if your piece arrives broken or without the paint finish you ordered, and a discount if it breaks completely within 1 week of delivery.
Yes — we only quote custom prints from a viable .3mf file, not .stl, since it carries your full build plate and print settings so we can check it's actually printable first. Full file rules are in the Commissions section below.

.3mf, not .stlFiles that fail a slice check on our end (non-manifold, floating shells, wrong scale) get bounced back with notes before any quote is given — so a clean .3mf gets you a faster turnaround.
